Bio
Dana Dale makes hand drawn and experimental animation, as well as freelance work for commercial clients. She studied art and filmmaking at the University of Texas and the Royal College of Art, focusing on fine art drawing and painting from life. After a long hiatus she returned to her first love, animation and VFX. Her work is currently featured in PBS's Independent Lens The Opioid project, and in 2020-2021 she worked in the production office for Minnow Mountain on Apollo 10 1/2 and Undone. She is currently developing an animated horror short called A Sleepless Night, narrated by Ian Gordon of HorrorBabble fame. Production is expected to start in early 2026.
